Continuing the program, at Trung Doan village, Kim Ngan commune, the delegation organized the groundbreaking ceremony of the “Happy House” for two Bru - Van Kieu ethnic children, Ho Thi Anh Tuyet and Ho Van Huu, students of Kim Thuy Primary and Secondary Boarding School No. 2. The project worth 160 million VND, sponsored by the Central Youth Union in coordination with the Vietnam Volunteer Resource Information Center, is a meaningful gift to help the children have a solid home to study with peace of mind.
Sharing at the ceremony, Chairman of the Central Council of the Young Pioneers Nguyen Pham Duy Trang expressed: “Happy houses are not only a place to shelter from the rain and sun, but also a source of encouragement for children to overcome difficulties, excel in their studies and become useful citizens. The Central Youth Union will always accompany them, especially students in mountainous areas and ethnic minority areas, so that they have more opportunities to develop.”
The delegation also awarded 2 scholarships (each worth 1 million VND) and many gifts to students in difficult circumstances.

At Gio An Primary and Secondary School, Con Tien Commune, the delegation attended the inauguration and handover ceremony of the “Computer Room for Children” project. With 15 computers worth 75 million VND, sponsored by the Central Youth Union, the Government Youth Union and the Vietnam Electricity Group, the project opens up opportunities for students to access modern technology. In addition, the school’s team also received 300 red scarves and a children’s bookshelf.
