On the morning of August 7, the working delegation of An Giang Provincial Party Committee led by Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Tong Phuoc Truong worked with the Party Committee Standing Committees of Go Quao, Vinh Tuy, Dinh Hoa and Vinh Hoa Hung communes on preparations for the congress for the 2025-2030 term.

At the conference, representatives of the Party Committees of 4 communes reported on the preparation of conditions for organizing the Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term; expected program, plan, and time of organizing the Congress; draft documents to be submitted to the Congress.

Member of the Provincial Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission of An Giang Provincial Party Committee Tong Phuoc Truong gave a speech at the conference.

Speaking at the conference, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of An Giang Provincial Party Committee Tong Phuoc Truong highly appreciated the sense of responsibility of the communes in preparing the congress documents, basically ensuring compliance with the regulations and instructions of the Central and the province. At the same time, he requested the communes to fully absorb the comments at the conference to supplement and complete the report, ensuring that the documents submitted to the congress are truly a crystallization of the intelligence, will and aspirations of the entire Party Committee and local people.

Based on a clear analysis and assessment of the situation, potential, strengths and development space of each commune, comrade Tong Phuoc Truong requested that the political report must identify key tasks and breakthroughs suitable for each locality. The proposed targets closely follow the 8 key targets of the province, have breakthroughs, and are suitable for the development situation in the new period. The action program of the commune party executive committee for the term 2025 - 2030 is concise, clearly stating the tasks and implementation solutions, ensuring that after promulgation, it can be implemented immediately.

Secretary of the Party Committee of Dinh Hoa commune Truong Minh Khiem spoke at the conference.

For the congress to be a great success, comrade Tong Phuoc Truong requested the communes to develop a tight and scientific scenario for the congress; prepare well the material conditions for the congress; ensure security and order before, during and after the congress. The communes should step up propaganda work so that the congress can truly become a widespread political activity among cadres, party members and people.

Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Tong Phuoc Truong requested that the Party Committees of communes proactively update new and changed issues to promptly lead and direct the implementation of tasks; carefully review the programs, goals and targets for socio-economic development to create a premise for the smooth and effective implementation of the congress resolution for the 2025-2030 term, creating momentum for the successful implementation of targets and tasks of the socio-economic development plan in the following years.
