This year, the school enrolls 3,899 students for 37 training majors in 2 regular programs: standard program and international standard program.
3 groups of admission methods
Method 1: direct admission, priority admission, including the following subjects:
Method 1.1 (code 301), direct admission, priority admission according to regular university admission regulations (not applicable to foreign training joint programs);
Method 1.2 (code 303), priority is given to direct admission of the best candidates from high schools in 2025 (according to regulations of Ho Chi Minh City National University);
Method 1.3 (code 302), priority admission according to regulations of Ho Chi Minh City National University (admission to 149 high schools according to the list of regulations of Ho Chi Minh City National University);
Method 1.4 (general admission code 500), priority is given to students who are members of provincial or municipal teams participating in national excellent student competitions or winning first, second, or third prizes in provincial/municipal excellent student competitions; candidates with achievements in social, artistic, and sports activities (not applicable to foreign training joint programs); candidates who graduated from foreign high school programs; and high school transcripts for 2+2 foreign training joint programs.
Method 2 (code 401): admission based on the results of the 2025 Ho Chi Minh City National University's competency assessment exam.
Method 3 (code 100): admission based on the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam.
The minimum score for considering high school exam scores is from 18 to 20 points, and the capacity assessment is 620 points.
The school announced the entrance threshold (floor score) for methods 100, 302, 303 and 500 is expected to be from 18 - 20 points; method 401 is expected to be from 620 points or more.
If candidates register for admission to schools with foreign language admission groups, they must register for the foreign language exam. The school does not use the results of the foreign language exam exemption.
Requirements on academic qualifications, conduct, achievements, and foreign language certificates are specifically stipulated in each method and each industry.
The school uses bonus points for achievements during the learning process, foreign language certificates for method 302 and cultural, sports and artistic activities for method 502, according to the principle of not exceeding 10% of the maximum score of the review scale.
Candidates can see specific details of converted bonus points in the school's admission plan.
For method 3 (admission based on high school graduation results in 2025), some majors apply a coefficient of 2 for the main subject for majors in the admission subject group that have a main subject.
The admission combinations using method 3 (admission based on 2025 high school graduation results) are basically kept the same, only adding combinations D14 and D15 to some majors, specifically D15 (literature, geography, English) to office administration; D14 (literature, history, English) to language majors (except English).

Tuition and tuition increase roadmap
The school has also announced information on tuition fees and tuition increase schedule for this year's enrollment.
Standard program tuition
The school exempts tuition fees for full-time students in the standard program who are majoring in the history of the Communist Party of Vietnam , Marxist-Leninist philosophy, scientific socialism and Ho Chi Minh thought, or for subjects that are considered exempt and subjects that are recognized for credit transfer.
Tuition fees may be adjusted annually but not more than 15% from the previous year.
Tuition fees for international standard program for the 2025-2026 school year
Tuition fees will not increase over the years and will remain stable throughout the course. This tuition fee does not include courses that students register to retake, remediate, study outside the training program, and study in excess of the number of elective credits specified in the training program.
The school exempts tuition fees for full-time students of international standard programs for exempted subjects and subjects recognized for credit transfer.
