University of Economics awards over 10 billion VND in scholarships to valedictorians and excellent students

DNO - On the evening of October 10, the University of Economics, University of Danang held a ceremony to honor students who were valedictorians of the whole school and valedictorians of majors enrolled in the 2025-2026 school year.

The school honored and awarded scholarships to the three valedictorians of the whole school: student Nguyen Van Vinh (Management Information Systems), valedictorian of the standard program; student Huynh Minh Khanh (International Business), valedictorian of the full English program; student Tran Khanh Vy (Hotel Management), valedictorian of the partial English training program. Each student received 30 million VND in cash and a talent scholarship. The total value of the scholarship is 585 million VND.

In addition, the school awarded 54 DUE talent scholarships to students with the highest results in three admission methods, with an estimated total value of VND9 billion 510 million.

On this occasion, the school honored outstanding students with outstanding achievements in studying, scientific research and union and association activities in the 2024-2025 school year.

Accordingly, the Director of Danang University awarded certificates of merit to 8 excellent students and student groups in the 2024 - 2025 school year (5 million VND/student); the Principal of the University of Economics awarded certificates of merit to 19 students with the highest academic and training results in each major in the 2024 - 2025 school year (3 million VND/student).

To support students with difficult circumstances to excel in their studies, Vietnam Public Joint Stock Commercial Bank (PVComBank) awarded 2 scholarships (120 million VND/scholarship), and the University of Economics awarded 10 "DUE Scholarship" scholarships (10 million VND/scholarship).

At the program, the University of Economics organized a fundraising activity to support the people in the North who are facing difficulties due to storms and floods.
