After 65 years of construction and development, Foreign Trade University has affirmed its position as one of the leading higher education institutions in Vietnam with prestige in enrollment, training quality, scientific research achievements - knowledge transfer and practical contributions to the community.

On November 15, Foreign Trade University organized a program to celebrate the 65th anniversary of the school's founding with the theme "65 years - Foreign Trade Aspiration" (1960 - 2025). This is an opportunity for generations of teachers and students of the school to reunite and review the glorious tradition during 65 years of construction and development.

Over 65 years of construction and development, effective cooperative relationships in training, scientific research, lecturer-student exchange, international program development and business connection have contributed to promoting the image of Foreign Trade University, becoming a bridge of knowledge, innovation and creativity between Vietnam and the world. On this occasion, Foreign Trade University was honored to receive certificates of merit/letters of recognition from 15 embassies and 3 organizations and many international higher education institutions for its contributions in educational cooperation, academic exchange and international human resource development.

Mr. Ito Naoki - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Vietnam awarded a Certificate of Merit in recognition of the contributions of Foreign Trade University in promoting educational cooperation between Vietnam and Japan. As one of the first universities to train Japanese in Vietnam, over the years, Foreign Trade University has built and maintained a deep cooperative relationship with nearly 100 universities and nearly 50 Japanese organizations and enterprises in training, research and academic exchange, contributing to strengthening the friendly relationship between Vietnam and Japan.

Ms. Carmen Cano De Lasala - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Spain to Vietnam presented a Letter of Recognition and Congratulations to the Foreign Trade University. The efforts of the university in recent years to build a solid foundation for teaching and developing Spanish language, culture and international business have contributed to promoting cultural exchange, enhancing mutual understanding between students of the two countries and opening up many new cooperation opportunities in the field of higher education.
