According to the announcement, Hanoi Capital University received some information from parents and candidates about the University's regular university enrollment in 2025.

The leaders of Hanoi Capital University said that they strictly followed the university admission regulations and university admission guidelines for 2025 of the Ministry of Education and Training : On July 23, 2025: Hanoi Capital University publicly announced (Notice No. 1167/TB-DHTĐHN) determining the score difference between the C00 combination and other admission combinations for the method of using high school exam scores to consider admission to majors.

Accordingly, combinations other than combination C00 are added 0.75 points on a 30-point scale. Thus, the School reaffirms that information about the score deviation of combination C00 has been publicly disclosed by the School clearly and transparently, in accordance with regulations and on time.

After receiving the results of 10 virtual filtering runs of the Ministry of Education and Training and 10 virtual filtering runs of the Northern Group of Schools, the University's regular university admissions council met and decided on the admission scores for each major.

At the same time, to help candidates conveniently look up information, especially for candidates using the C00 combination according to the high school exam score method for admission, the Admissions Council decided to announce the admission scores in 2 separate announcements, in accordance with the time instructions and regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.

The data for processing applications and determining the admission results of candidates is carried out on the common system of the Ministry of Education and Training, is consistent, correct and cannot be changed. Based on this result, the School will announce the admission score according to regulations.

Thu Do University explained that the decision to announce the admission scores in 02 announcements was initially intended to be clear, transparent and facilitate candidates to look up information; however, the technique of issuing documents was not seamless, causing misunderstandings among candidates and parents, thereby creating negative public opinion.
