Kinh Mon II High School improves comprehensive education quality

The 2022-2023 school year is the first year that Kinh Mon II High School implements the 2018 general education program for 10th graders and is also the school year associated with the 20th anniversary of the school's founding. This is a school year with many opportunities but also many difficulties and challenges. However, with the attention of leaders at all levels of the Department of Education and Training of Hai Duong ; Kinh Mon City Party Committee; especially the coordination and consensus of parents; the determination to innovate and be creative in management, teaching and learning; teachers and students of the school have gradually completed the tasks of the 2022-2023 school year. Thereby, Kinh Mon II High School has affirmed its position as the first school in Kinh Mon to meet national standards (in 2015); creating a springboard to build the school into one of the top high schools in the province.

In the past school year, Kinh Mon II High School has continuously promoted the emulation movements of "Innovation and creativity in teaching and learning"; effectively implemented the new general education program; constantly improved the quality of comprehensive education and the quality of key education. In particular, special attention, priority, and creation of the most favorable learning environment for students to have dreams, ambitions and aspirations to rise up. The school focuses on building a team of teachers who are good at their profession, exemplary in ethics and lifestyle, always being a shining example for generations of students to follow.

Right from the first days of the school year, the school has actively implemented educational activities, organized the signing of commitments to implement school regulations and rules, and committed to implementing the Traffic Safety Law; implemented the wearing of uniforms, student badges, and appropriate clothing for studying and school activities for students. In addition, the school successfully organized the Youth Union Congress, the School Youth Union Congress; admitted 415 members on November 20 and May 19.

On the basis of building a school with comprehensive educational quality, the staff, teachers, employees and students of Kinh Mon II High School have constantly strived to excellently complete the tasks of the 2022-2023 school year. In particular, the school has achieved many achievements in professional work with 35 weeks of practical learning program completed; 100% of class periods have lesson plans, and teaching and learning are organized in accordance with professional regulations. Successfully organized 04 mock high school graduation exams for 12th grade students (the 4th exam was taken with the same questions as the Department of Education and Training of Hai Duong); 02 mock online exams on review software. All students were active and self-motivated in doing the test.

To promote the spirit of teaching and learning, the school organized school-level competitions for students in grades 10, 11, and 12 and sent students with excellent achievements to participate in provincial-level competitions for students in grades 12 and 10; IOE competitions at school, provincial, and national levels; Athletics competitions; National Defense Sports Festival; and Provincial Badminton. As a result, all students won prizes in the competitions and brought glory to the school, notably the First Prize in the High School Athletics Competition. In addition, with a spirit of confidence, solidarity, and determination, at the Badminton Competition, the school won the First Prize in the Men's Doubles for Nguyen Viet Hung, 10D, and Luong Huy Dong, 11K; the team won the Third Prize in the Team. This shows that in recent years, the school has really paid attention to teaching and learning the subject of Physical Education and organizing extracurricular activities for students.

After 20 years of construction and development, it can be affirmed that Kinh Mon II High School is increasingly developing and maturing in all aspects. In order to go further in the educational career, in the coming years, the school will continue to promote the achieved results, focus on improving the quality of comprehensive education, enhancing the quality of education as the spearhead.
