Accordingly, the Lifelong Learning Week will be held nationwide from October 1 to 7, 2025. This is an important annual activity to implement the Project "Building a learning society for the period 2021 - 2030" and the Movement "The whole country competes to build a learning society, promoting lifelong learning for the period 2023 - 2030" approved by the Prime Minister .

Under the direction of the Ministry of Education and Training , this year's week focuses on three key objectives: Raising awareness among all classes of people about the importance of learning, especially self-study and lifelong learning, in mastering knowledge and technology, adapting to the rapid changes of the digital society. Strengthening the leadership and direction of Party committees, authorities, coordination of political-social organizations, professions, and the business community to create favorable conditions for the learning movement to be widely and effectively deployed. Innovating the form and content of activities, focusing on applying information technology, exploiting digital platforms, open learning materials and electronic libraries, ensuring practicality, suitable to the conditions of each locality.
The highlight of this year’s Week is the close connection between learning and digital transformation. Learning activities not only take place in schools but also extend to residential communities, agencies, and businesses, contributing to shortening the gap in access to knowledge between urban and rural areas, between advantaged and disadvantaged areas. Lifelong learning is not only an individual’s personal need but also a responsibility towards the community and society.

At the ceremony, teachers and students of the school reviewed the meaning of the lifelong learning movement; at the same time, affirmed the spirit of "every day at school is a happy day, every day of learning is an opportunity for self-development". Many slogans, billboards, and posters with practical content were displayed, contributing to strongly spreading the message "Learning to develop yourself, mastering knowledge and technology".
The school leadership representative emphasized: Learning does not stop at books but must be associated with technology application, life skills and civic awareness. This is an important foundation for students to confidently enter the digital society, become responsible citizens, and contribute to building Phu Lien ward to be more civilized and prosperous.

In order for the Week to truly become a meaningful movement, at the ceremony, the School Board requested the school's staff, teachers and employees to: Actively and effectively implement the emulation movement: "Teach well, learn well" and emulation movements, campaigns of the industry and locality; constantly strive and be creative to improve the quality of teaching and learning; actively self-study, self-improve, innovate teaching methods, create a positive learning environment. At the same time, promote propaganda and mobilize parents and the community to join hands in building a learning society.
For students who are eager to compete in studying and practicing ethics to become useful citizens for society. This is the stage where they form basic knowledge and skills in their early life, laying a solid foundation for lifelong learning. Students should take advantage of every time, every opportunity, every available condition such as the help of teachers, friends, libraries; the support of mass media, to constantly strive to study well. Know how to apply the knowledge learned to real life.
