Accordingly, the Lifelong Learning Week will be held nationwide from October 1st to 7th, 2025. This is an important annual activity aimed at implementing the "Building a Learning Society Project 2021-2030" and the "Nationwide Emulation Movement to Build a Learning Society and Promote Lifelong Learning 2023-2030" approved by the Prime Minister .

Following the directives of the Ministry of Education and Training , this year's week focuses on three key objectives: Raising awareness among all segments of the population about the importance of learning, especially self-learning and lifelong learning, in mastering knowledge and technology and adapting to the rapid changes of the digital society. Strengthening the leadership and guidance of Party committees and authorities, and the coordination of political and social organizations, professional associations, and the business community to create favorable conditions for the widespread and effective implementation of the learning movement. Innovating the forms and content of activities, emphasizing the application of information technology, exploiting digital platforms, open educational resources, and electronic libraries, ensuring practicality and suitability to the conditions of each locality.
The highlight of this year's Week is the strong connection between learning and digital transformation. Learning activities are not only taking place in schools but also extending to the community, agencies, and businesses, helping to narrow the knowledge access gap between urban and rural areas, and between privileged and disadvantaged regions. Lifelong learning is not only a personal need but also a responsibility to the community and society.

At the ceremony, teachers and students together reviewed the significance of the lifelong learning movement; and affirmed the spirit of "every day at school is a joyful day, every day of learning is an opportunity for self-development." Many slogans, banners, and posters with practical content were displayed, contributing to strongly spreading the message "Learn to develop yourself, master knowledge and technology."
The school's leadership emphasized that learning should not be limited to textbooks but should be linked to the application of technology, life skills, and civic awareness. This is a crucial foundation for students to confidently enter the digital society, become responsible citizens, and contribute to building a more civilized, prosperous, and beautiful Phu Lien ward.

To make the Week a truly meaningful movement, at the ceremony, the School Board requested that all staff, teachers, and employees: Actively and effectively implement the "Teaching well, learning well" emulation movement and other emulation movements and campaigns of the industry and locality; continuously strive and innovate to improve the quality of teaching and learning; actively engage in self-study and self-improvement, innovate teaching methods, and create a positive learning environment. At the same time, they should strengthen propaganda and mobilization efforts to encourage parents and the community to work together to build a learning society.
For students who are enthusiastic about studying and cultivating good morals to become useful citizens for society, this is the stage where they form basic knowledge and skills, laying a solid foundation for lifelong learning. Students should take advantage of every time, every opportunity, and every available resource, such as the help of teachers, friends, and the library; and the support of mass media, to continuously strive for academic excellence. They should also know how to apply the knowledge they have learned to real-life situations.
