At about 5:45 p.m. on April 11, 2025, on the inter-commune road in Hamlet 4, Dong Tien Commune, Dong Phu District, a man with an unknown name and address, driving a motorbike with an unknown license plate, traveling from Hamlet 4, Dong Tien Commune to National Highway 14, collided with Luong Minh Hieu, born on April 20, 2021, residing in Hamlet 4, Dong Tien Commune. As a result, Hieu was injured.
After the accident, the man drove away from the scene. Outraged by the irresponsible behavior of the person who caused the accident, on April 12, 2025, Hieu's family reported the incident to the Dong Tien Commune Police, Dong Phu District and the Traffic Police Department of Binh Phuoc Province Police, and requested the authorities to investigate and handle the case.
