Communication on gender equality and domestic violence prevention in the digital age

On the afternoon of November 22, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation coordinated with the Trade Union of Aleron Vietnam Shoes Company Limited to organize a media forum on gender equality and prevention of domestic violence in the digital age with the participation of 150 workers and employees in the company.

Delegates and a large number of workers and laborers attended the forum.

This is a practical activity in response to the Month of Action for Gender Equality and Prevention and Response to Gender-Based Violence in 2025, while concretizing the national strategy on gender equality for the 2021-2030 period according to Resolution No. 28/NQ-CP dated March 3, 2021 of the Government .

At the forum, workers and laborers watched videos related to the topics of gender equality and domestic violence prevention; answered multiple-choice questions and handled real-life situations; and exchanged and shared issues related to gender equality and domestic violence prevention in the digital age.

The forum was organized to strengthen propaganda, education , and raise awareness among union members and workers about policies and laws on gender equality, prevention and response to gender-based violence, especially in the online environment and digital age.
