On May 5, at the Vietnam Exhibition Hall at Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan, an exchange event took place with the participation of three singers: Tung Duong, Isaac and Nguyen Duyen Quynh during the tour in Japan of these three famous singers.

The singers had interesting experiences with unique cultural spaces, ranging from traditional music to contemporary art.

In a moment of improvisation, the melody of the song "A Round of Vietnam" resounded in the Exhibition Hall in Japan through the soulful voice of singer Tung Duong.

Coming to Japan this time, the three of them participated in many events and promised to bring a unique cultural space with many activities such as: Performance of traditional and contemporary music; Traditional culinary culture; Art exhibition "Thousands of national flags flying"... special emotions.

At the Vietnam Exhibition Hall at Expo 2025 Osaka, singers Tung Duong and Isaac received enthusiastic cheers.

Singer Tung Duong shared that culture is the strongest bridge between people and people, between nations. For him, each time he performs in a program that carries the breath of both Vietnamese and Japanese cultures, he feels more deeply the similarity in soul and spirit between the two countries.

According to the singers, Vietnam and Japan are both countries rich in tradition, where people respect their roots, promote filial piety, and live resiliently and patiently in all circumstances. "We may differ in language, but we meet in love for beauty, in respect for the past and in aspiration for the future" - singer Duyen Quynh shared.

Also at the event, the singers expressed their pride that Vietnamese cultural values ​​– such as folk music, water puppetry, ao dai or traditional cuisine – are increasingly loved and understood by Japanese audiences.

On the contrary, Japanese culture with its tea ceremony, Noh theater, Kabuki or meditation spirit has also become a valuable source of inspiration for many Vietnamese artists.

"Cultural exchange not only helps artists from both countries understand each other better, but also enriches the journey of artistic creation. In the turbulent modern world , it is culture - and especially art - that will keep artists from both countries connected and spread the humanistic values ​​and the cultural and artistic values ​​of the two countries" - singer Tung Duong emphasized.

The singers expressed their gratitude to those who have been nurturing the cultural relationship between Vietnam and Japan. They believe that the friendship between the two nations will continue to be nurtured with appreciation, love of art, and practical actions from today.
