Phase 2 from March 2024 to the end of May 2024; propaganda about the developments and historical significance of the Dien Bien Phu Victory; the glorious feats and the great contributions in human and material resources of the people of the whole country to have Dien Bien in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland today. The peak of propaganda activities to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory is held in localities across the country and in the province. Discussing at the meeting, delegates agreed on the policy of continuing to call for and provide specific data to organizations, donors, and individuals to support Dien Bien province; especially publicly and transparently publicizing the amount of money and objects donated to support the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 7, 1954 - May 7, 2024); propagating and mobilizing people to self-renovate urban areas, villages, and houses to be green - clean - beautiful, building a cultural environment to leave an impression on tourists; ensuring security and order during the days of events. Agreeing on the location of LED screens at locations in the province, districts, towns, and cities. Dien Bien Phu Newspaper coordinates with local Party Newspaper agencies to promote propaganda about the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory; pay attention to supporting funding to help press agencies in propaganda work.

Concluding the meeting, Comrade Mua A Son, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, basically agreed with the draft information and propaganda plan and announced the assignment of specific tasks to the members.
