Youth union bases, especially school, ward and commune youth unions, have launched the decoration of spaces with Party flags and national flags in offices, classrooms, offices, neighborhoods, village roads and alleys. Strengthen propaganda and spread beautiful images of the country and people of Vietnam, the development achievements after 50 years of unification and the country's aspirations to rise in the new period. Continue to promote the organization of activities to return to the source, visit and give gifts to families with meritorious services, veterans participating in the Ho Chi Minh campaign, Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, war invalids, sick soldiers, families with meritorious services to the revolution; former youth volunteers, former Youth Union cadres participating in the resistance war against the US in the locality.

In Can Tho City, 100% of the Youth Union organizations actively responded to this peak propaganda campaign through decorating the national flag and the Party flag in community living spaces and schools; and installing the national flag wallpaper on the information pages of the Youth Union and Association organizations.

m Cai Rang District Youth Union in coordination with People's Police Group I - Can Tho City Police and Phu Thu Ward People's Committee, has just launched the youth project "National Flag Road" and "Bright - green - clean - beautiful - safe" road in Phu Khanh area, Phu Thu Ward. The flag road is over 2.5km long, with 160 national flag poles installed. At the same time, this road has also been registered by the Ward Youth Union to implement the model of "Bright - green - clean - beautiful - safe" road, with items such as environmental sanitation, clearing bushes, and planting ornamental flowers. The total value of the project is over 40 million VND, from social mobilization sources.
