The deadline for receiving applications is October 31. Applicants must be doctors with a PhD, level 2 specialist, not older than 50 years old; resident doctors, masters, level 1 specialist, not older than 40 years old, and general practitioners, not older than 30 years old.
The city will apply a one-time subsidy to those eligible for attraction.
The framework of the regime according to specific levels: PhDs receive 200 times the basic salary, level 2 specialists receive 180 times the basic salary, resident doctors receive 150 times the basic salary, masters and level 1 specialists receive 120 times the basic salary.
Excellent general practitioners receive 100 times the basic salary, good general practitioners receive 80 times the basic salary, and average general practitioners receive 50 times the basic salary.
Doctors are assigned jobs according to their training, in a favorable working environment to develop their capacity and are considered for planning and appointment to leadership and management positions.
Applicants must commit to working long-term at public health facilities in Da Nang city for 5 years or more.
During the commitment period, the work assignment and secondment must be carried out according to regulations. In case of contract violation, the support costs must be reimbursed.
