On the morning of October 10, Tuyen Quang province launched an online contest to learn about Digital Transformation and Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo .
In order to effectively and synchronously deploy activities in response to National Digital Transformation Day 2025, the Department of Science and Technology has advised the Provincial People's Committee to issue Plan No. 81/KH-UBND dated October 2, 2025 on Organizing activities in response to National Digital Transformation Day 2025 in the province; at the same time, issued Decision No. 192/QD-SKHCN dated October 3, 2025 on establishing a Steering Committee to organize activities with the Director of the Department as Head of the Steering Committee.
Since the beginning of October, the Department has built and designed a series of 10 communication banners in response to National Digital Transformation Day posted on the Department's website to enhance propaganda and spread messages about digital transformation to cadres, civil servants, public employees and people in the province.
On October 7, 2025, the Department of Science and Technology sent a press release to press agencies, media, businesses, organizations and individuals to actively coordinate in spreading the message and series of digital transformation activities of the province, including: (1) Deploying a communication campaign on newspapers, radio - television, the Provincial Electronic Information Portal, social networks, billboards, posters, mobile media, telecommunications messages...; (2) Organizing "National Digital Learning Festival" at the grassroots level; (3) Training digital skills for cadres, civil servants and public employees on artificial intelligence (AI), big data (Big Data), digital transformation...; (4) Deploying the model of "Resolving administrative procedures without boundaries" (5) Organizing an online contest to learn about digital transformation and Resolution 57NQ/TW of the Politburo . At the same time, proactively coordinate with the Provincial Press and Radio and Television Agency, Vietnam Television Station (VTV1) to create propaganda reports and spread the province's digital transformation during the peak month of October.
In order for the National Digital Transformation Day on October 10, 2025 to have a strong influence, the Department has designed a digital transformation identity frame for Tuyen Quang 2025, at the address: https://khunghinh.net/p/CDSTQ2025 and deployed it to all agencies, units, communes and wards in the province to propagate, guide and encourage cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and people to respond by changing their profile pictures on social networking platforms.

Based on the Identity Set for National Digital Transformation Day 2025 developed by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Department promptly deployed it to agencies and localities in the province; at the same time, updated and fully introduced the identity set on the Department of Science and Technology's website to help agencies, units and localities conveniently exploit and use it consistently in propaganda work.

In particular, the Provincial People's Committee has advised the Provincial People's Committee to organize an online contest to learn about Digital Transformation and Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo. On the morning of October 10, 2025, on the day of national digital transformation, the Contest launching program was organized to create a vibrant competitive atmosphere, widely spreading the spirit of learning and learning about Digital Transformation and Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW throughout the province.
The official contest starts from 10:00 a.m. on October 10, 2025 to 10:00 a.m. on October 24, 2025, on the online platform at http://tracnghiem.skhcn.tuyenquang.net.vn.
Activities to foster and improve digital capacity for officials, civil servants and public employees; instruct people on basic digital skills: Accessing and using online public services, cashless payment applications and digital platforms serving life and production... have been prepared, starting from October 13, 2025 in 88 communes and wards in the province.
With the spirit of being proactive, creative and spreading, the Organizing Committee of the contest and the Provincial People's Committee hope that through a series of practical activities, it will contribute to bringing digital transformation closer to the people, ensuring more practicality and substance, building the image of a dynamic, innovative, creative Tuyen Quang, connecting technology with life, promoting the spirit of "All people participating in digital transformation" for the sustainable development of the province in the digital age./.
