At the Provincial Public Administration Service Center, departments and branches received nearly 18,000 records and processed nearly 17,000 records. Of these, more than 16,000 records were processed ahead of schedule and on time, reaching a rate of 98.42%.

At the commune, ward and special zone levels, 96 units received nearly 204,000 applications and processed nearly 195,000 of them. The number of applications processed ahead of schedule and on time was nearly 193,000, accounting for 98.93%.

This result shows that the two-level local government model is effective, contributing to improving the quality of service for people and businesses.
