Vietnam U20 women's team wins ticket to the final round of U20 Asian Women's Championship 2024

On the evening of June 5, at Viet Tri Stadium ( Phu Tho ), the second match took place between the Vietnam U20 women's team and the Lebanon U20 women's team in Group A of the second qualifying round of the 2024 Asian U20 Women's Championship. With a 3-0 victory, the Vietnam U20 women's team won a ticket to the final round.

According to Japanese Head Coach Akira Ijiri, the Vietnam U20 women's team entered this match with a strong and well-trained squad. The players are all capable of controlling the ball, playing small passes with a cohesive squad and high team spirit. Winning their first match 3-2 against Iran U20 women's team in the first match, the Vietnam U20 women's team entered the match with enthusiasm and confidence in winning the second match.
