According to the 2025 Land Use Plan of Nha Trang City, the total natural area of ​​the city is 25,438.02 hectares; of which, agricultural land group is 9,997.67 hectares; non-agricultural land group is 8,709.26 hectares; unused land group is 6,731.09 hectares.

In the 2025 land use plan, Nha Trang City will change the purpose of use of 665.49 hectares of agricultural land to non-agricultural land; change the structure of use of 43.70 hectares of land within non-agricultural land; recover a total area of ​​678.38 hectares (of which, recover 555.46 hectares of agricultural land; 122.92 hectares of non-agricultural land)...

Thus, compared to the 2024 Land Use Plan, this year Nha Trang City reduced 253.8 hectares of agricultural land; increased 100 hectares of non-agricultural land; increased 153.8 hectares of unused land.

The Provincial People's Committee requests the Nha Trang City People's Committee to publicly announce the land use plan in accordance with the provisions of the law on land; carry out land recovery, land allocation, land lease, and land use purpose conversion in accordance with the approved land use plan; organize regular inspections of the implementation of the land use plan.
