Mr. Giang has witnessed and directly participated in countless meetings between people in need of jobs and places in need of people. According to Mr. Giang: To do a good job of connecting, job consultants must grasp information from both sides, clearly understand the recruitment needs of businesses and the job search needs of workers. From there, they play the role of connecting and introducing jobs that match the qualifications, abilities and desires of workers; at the same time, helping businesses recruit quality candidates.

The greatest joy and motivation for those who work on job bridging is the successful connections and positive feedback from workers and businesses. Sharing about his memories of his job connection journey, Mr. Giang said: A few years ago, there was a case of a female worker named Oanh in Thai Binh city coming to the Center to apply for unemployment benefits; in addition to supporting the quick processing of the application, I consulted, introduced, and connected labor market information for Ms. Oanh to learn about vocational training support policies and recruitment needs of businesses, thereby helping her have more information and choose a career that suits her abilities. After being consulted, Ms. Oanh chose to study a profession in the field of beauty; thanks to her own efforts and hard work, after completing the course, she was retained by the training institution to work as a teacher. Up to now, she has a good job with a stable income. Currently, Ms. Oanh still maintains a good relationship with the Center, the two sides coordinate to organize many beauty training courses for workers who want to learn a trade.

Also experienced in consulting, supporting and connecting jobs, Ms. Dang Ha Lan, an officer of the Job Consulting and Introduction Department, Thai Binh Employment Service Center, is an expert consultant on the rights and responsibilities of workers when they start receiving unemployment benefits; at the same time, connecting jobs so that they can find suitable, stable and long-term jobs. To do her job well, Ms. Lan must clearly understand the capacity and strengths of workers as well as the criteria, needs and number of employees needed by businesses. According to Ms. Lan, in the past few years, the job market has changed a lot. The labor force in our province is mainly unskilled workers with the need to find jobs in the fields of garment, footwear and electronics. Workers often want to have suitable jobs, good salaries and good benefits. To find a common voice between workers and businesses, she must carefully survey the labor market in each locality, grasp the characteristics and needs of both sides. From there, proactively screen and select businesses with positions, requirements and policies that match the wishes of workers. Ms. Lan regularly goes to industrial parks and clusters to learn about the recruitment needs of businesses to have the most accurate information to convey to workers. Since the beginning of 2025, she has connected about 40 businesses and thousands of workers to suitable opportunities.

In the era of strong digital transformation today, the role of job connectors needs to be enhanced and professionalized to truly be a bridge between workers and businesses, contributing significantly to solving the problem of unemployment, effectively using human resources and promoting socio -economic development.
