The whole province has 2,111 poor and near-poor households eligible for housing support.

According to the decision issued on April 14, 2025, the whole province has 2,134 households eligible for support, including 1,466 households building new houses and 668 households repairing houses. As of April 8, 2025, 1,185 households have completed the construction and repair of new houses, of which 459 households have been granted support funds; 926 households are starting construction and 23 households are no longer in need or are not eligible for support. During the implementation process, some households have wished to adjust the form of support. Based on the proposal of the People's Committees of districts and cities, the Provincial People's Committee approved the adjustment: 7 households changed from repairing to new construction, 10 households changed from new construction to repair, added 2 households eligible for new construction and removed from the list 25 households that are not eligible or no longer in need. Thus, up to now, the whole province has 2,111 poor and near-poor households eligible for housing support. The Provincial People's Committee has directed departments, branches and localities to concentrate all resources to speed up the progress, striving to complete the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses for poor and near-poor households before June 20, 2025.
