Comrade Nguyen Thi Huong, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Minh Xuan Ward, said: “Digital transformation is an important task in the work of the Front, helping to modernize, improve the quality and efficiency of activities; at the same time, creating conditions for the Front staff to improve their qualifications and innovate their thinking. Previously, when faced with urgent and important matters, the Front staff had to work very hard to send documents to each Party cell secretary and neighborhood chief before deploying them to each household... so it took a lot of time and the work efficiency was not high."
Since applying technology and establishing zalo groups in residential areas, whenever work needs to be carried out, the ward Fatherland Front only needs to send information and documents to the zalo group and the Party cells, neighborhoods, and residential groups will receive them immediately, so the work is deployed quickly and carried out promptly. The ward Fatherland Front connects with 103 Front Work Committees and residential areas to establish zalo groups for the residential community, thereby informing and propagating the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws, and the "Digital Education for All" movement are conveyed to the people quickly, accurately, and promptly.
Comrade Do Trong Hien, Party cell secretary, head of the Front Committee of Trung Mon residential group 5 shared: “The residential group currently has 245 households with over 960 people. The group has established 5 community living areas led by the heads of farmers' associations, women's associations, union members, etc., directly guiding people to install and use digital technology platforms and applications in daily life. The support content focuses on essential applications such as the National Public Service Portal, VNeID, VssID and eTax. Thanks to that, many people, especially the elderly, have become familiar with using digital applications to update information, carry out administrative procedures and reflect their wishes.

Ms. Phan Thi Que, nearly 70 years old in residential group 2 Y La shared: “Since the merger, I have seen the ward Front officials embark on digital models. Thanks to that, people like us have enjoyed many benefits. I hope that in the future there will be more practical models in people's lives, especially social security.”
Minh Xuan Ward people have actively participated in the digital transformation process such as: Cashless payment; e-commerce application; integration of documents, driver's licenses, health insurance... Especially in implementing humanitarian and charitable activities, responding to the call of the Fatherland Front Committee at all levels and the program of joining hands to help people affected by natural disasters on the VneID platform in 2025, the Ward Fatherland Front Committee deployed and 100% of the people made personal donations through VneID accounts, as a result, the Ward Fatherland Front mobilized more than 300 million VND in support.
By being proactive and creative in digital transformation, the Minh Xuan Ward Fatherland Front Committee has been implementing activities and movements in a scientific manner, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation, aiming for professional goals in the process of digital transformation, creating changes from awareness to action for cadres, party members and people, joining hands to build a civilized, united and creative Minh Xuan digital citizen.
