In recent days, all over social networking sites there is sad news about the historic flood situation in the northern provinces, especially in the highland provinces.

Faced with such pain, many Vietnamese people have joined hands to support both materially and spiritually with the desire to contribute a small effort to help their compatriots overcome difficulties after being devastated by typhoon Yagi .

Besides some artists who are suspected of "inflating" the amount of charity money to make an image, there are still artists who sincerely responded to the call of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to transfer donations with the hope of helping people in flood areas. Among them, it is necessary to mention Hoa Minzy with a donation of up to 400 million VND, the Quang Linh African team was also confirmed to have transferred 300 million VND... Singer Ha Anh Tuan also quietly donated 1 billion VND in the campaign launched by the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union .

Not only did they send money, many artists also went to the flood-affected areas to send relief goods to people affected by the storm and flood. Diep Lam Anh was present in Yen Bai to join the rescue team to personally deliver necessities such as medical equipment, blankets and food, etc. to people in the flood-affected areas. Soobin Hoang Son went to Phu Binh district, Thai Nguyen province to directly deliver relief goods to the people there.

Actress Kieu Anh was also present in her hometown Thai Nguyen to send relief supplies to the people. In Thai Nguyen, many areas were deeply flooded, so she and her crew had to send food by floating or asking the army to send it in. After finishing the relief mission in her hometown Thai Nguyen, the actress will go to Tuyen Quang to send essential supplies and necessities to the people there.

Born and raised in Cao Bang - one of the provinces with many localities heavily affected after the storm, Miss Luong Thuy Linh was very worried to contact her family. Because many areas in Cao Bang suffered landslides and deep flooding, Luong Thuy Linh said that she always coordinated with local authorities to have appropriate support plans. She also sent 100 million VND to the Fatherland Front Committee of Nguyen Binh district (Cao Bang) to support the people there with the local authorities.

“Every day, I see news of material and property damage, news of deaths and casualties, which makes me feel extremely sad. But for damages caused by natural disasters, I always coordinate with local authorities to have appropriate support plans,” Miss Luong Thuy Linh shared with Lao Dong Newspaper.

Actress Quynh Luong is also one of the artists who actively participated in calling for donors to send food and necessities to people in difficult days. She also used her private house in Tam Nong, Phu Tho as a place for students to take shelter from the storm.
