The Prime Minister requested the People's Committees of localities, in the immediate future, to advance funds from local funding sources to immediately organize and implement support for starting new construction and repairing houses for martyrs' relatives to be completed before July 27 and support for people with revolutionary contributions before September 2, ensuring that it does not exceed the number of houses and the amount of local funding approved by the Ministry of Construction for appraisal and synthesis to be sent to the Ministry of Finance; and make a refund after receiving funding.
The Ministry of Finance , while the National Assembly Standing Committee has not yet decided on housing support funding for people with revolutionary contributions, shall guide localities to proactively use local resources to support housing for people with revolutionary contributions, ensuring the right beneficiaries and within the scope of funding needs determined in the housing support project for people with revolutionary contributions.
To date, The whole country has supported the elimination of 209,000 temporary and dilapidated houses, of which 111,000 houses were inaugurated; 98,000 houses were started, reaching 77% of the total demand. 100% of localities have developed plans, implementation methods, and determined the progress of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in the province, striving to complete before October 31. Many localities have reached the finish line and set the goal of reaching the finish line earlier than the previous plan in the context of many difficulties. As of May 7, there are 15 localities that no longer have temporary and dilapidated houses.
