Priority given to attracting projects in the semiconductor industry

Taking advantage of being an important link in the trend of shifting supply chains in Southeast Asia, the province focuses on attracting investment in high-tech sectors, with special attention to attracting semiconductor and electronic chip manufacturing.

Accordingly, promote administrative reform, issue many attractive incentive and support mechanisms and policies; complete infrastructure of high-tech industrial parks; develop specific plans for training high-quality human resources.

Direct departments and branches to prepare necessary conditions, create clean land in industrial parks to be ready to allocate and lease land for projects in investment-oriented fields.

Innovate investment promotion activities, proactively approach and take advantage of opportunities at conferences and seminars on investment attraction organized by the Central Government at home and abroad to introduce and promote the province's investment environment.

According to the plan approved by the Prime Minister, by 2030, the province will develop 27 industrial parks. This is a huge advantage in terms of land fund for Vinh Phuc to quickly promote investment attraction.

At the workshop "Promoting investment in industrial parks in Vinh Phuc in 2024" last June, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vu Viet Van emphasized that throughout the development process, the province has always agreed on the view that "Enterprises are an important driving force for development; the success of enterprises is also the success of the province; investors in the province are citizens of the province".

Therefore, the province will promote the improvement of the business environment, achieving the three good goals including "Good and comprehensive legal environment; good technical infrastructure; good business service"; always accompanying businesses, promptly removing difficulties and obstacles, and at the same time creating the most favorable conditions for investors to maintain stable operations and development.
