Mobilizing more than 500 million VND to support social security

In the first 6 months of the year, women's unions at all levels in the province have actively implemented many social security activities, aiming to care for the lives of members, women and children in especially difficult circumstances.

According to the Provincial Women's Union, the work of mobilizing resources continues to receive attention from all levels of the union, implemented flexibly and creatively, mobilizing the cooperation of organizations and individuals inside and outside the province. As a result, the total support budget in cash and in kind is estimated at more than 512 million VND.

From this resource, the association has organized the giving of hundreds of gifts to disabled women, single women, orphans, poor women and those in especially difficult circumstances in the localities. The gifts include necessities, school supplies, bicycles, cash and essential living items... contributing to timely sharing of immediate difficulties, helping families stabilize their lives.
