At the ceremony, delegates viewed and listened to the preliminary report on the implementation of the Coordination Regulations between the two units over the past 3 years. The report showed outstanding results and practical effectiveness in the coordination work over the past time; at the same time, it pointed out difficulties and obstacles and proposed solutions to overcome them. Accordingly, the coordination plan between the two units clearly shows the basis for development, general regulations and specific responsibilities of each unit, as well as the organization of implementation in accordance with the functions and tasks of the two agencies according to the provisions of the Law on Organization of the People's Procuracy and the Law on Enforcement of Criminal Judgments...

The signing of the coordination plan demonstrates the consensus and determination of each unit in performing its assigned functions and tasks, aiming to build an increasingly strong, effective and substantive coordination relationship between the two units, contributing to improving the efficiency and quality of management, rehabilitation andeducation of prisoners, so that they can soon reintegrate into the community and become useful people for their families and society.
