Vietnam is the "safest destination in Asia" in 2024

US travel guide Travel Off Path rates Vietnam as the safest destination in Asia to visit this year.

"One country in particular has proven to be stable and safe for tourists. That is Vietnam," commented the US travel guide Travel Off Path.

Travel Off Path cited data from the Gallup Global Law and Order Index, a leading platform for global analysis and consulting services, published in late 2023. Vietnam ranked highest in Asia with a score of 92 out of 100, second in the world , after Tajikistan and equal in score with Finland, Iceland, Kuwait, Luxembourg, and Norway.
