On October 17, the YouTube Shorts travel video creation contest “Vietnam: Go to Love!” with the message “Go to Chill, Feel to Love” organized by the Tourism Information Center (Vietnam National Administration of Tourism) in collaboration with YouTube and MCV Group officially ended after 3 months.
The contest attracted hundreds of video entries from content creators, young people and tourists from all over the country.
With millions of views and interactions on digital platforms, the program has become a highlight in a series of communication activities to promote Vietnamese tourism in a digital and modern direction.
The Organizing Committee honored the best works including 1 First prize, 1 Second prize, 1 Third prize, 3 Encouragement prizes and souvenirs for the top 20 outstanding works.
Sharing after winning the first prize, the representative of Quy Nhon Tourist channel said that the contest was an opportunity for Quy Nhon Tourist to express their love for their homeland from their own perspective. Each trip, each frame is a story about the people and culture of Vietnam.
"Participating in the contest helps us realize the importance of short videos in storytelling and inspiring tourism. Quy Nhon Tourist hopes that there will be more young people with their creativity who will continue to spread the beauty of Vietnam to international friends - with their own experiences and sincere love for the country" - Quy Nhon Tourist expressed.
Mr. Hoang Quoc Hoa, Director of the Tourism Information Center (Vietnam National Administration of Tourism), congratulated the excellent authors who won prizes in the contest “Vietnam: Go to love!”; and at the same time sincerely thanked the content creators, young people and tourists who actively participated in the contest.
In particular, with the professional and dedicated support and accompaniment of the YouTube team and MCV Group, it has contributed to creating a creative and inspiring playground, practically contributing to responding to the 2025 Tourism Stimulus Program launched by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
"The success of the contest is a testament to the tourism industry's correct orientation in applying digital transformation, taking advantage of online platforms and creating content in promotion and advertising, helping the attractive and friendly image of Vietnam spread quickly, vividly and more closely to domestic and international tourists," said Mr. Hoang Quoc Hoa.
Ms. Mukpim Anantachai, Director of YouTube Partnerships Vietnam and Thailand, said that the winning videos truly captured the spirit of 'Go to Love!', demonstrating the creativity of Vietnamese content creators in taking advantage of the rapid spread of YouTube Shorts to turn personal journeys into a source of global inspiration.
Ms. Do Thi Duyen, Digital Director, MCV Group, shared: “By joining the contest, we hope to contribute to bringing the image of Vietnam closer to the public at home and abroad in a creative and public-friendly way. This is not only a communication activity, but also an opportunity to connect the community and affirm the spreading power of young creators."
