The project of the main road along the central urban area of Ky Anh town (named after the old project) is currently in full swing. This is a project with a total investment of 125 billion VND, connecting the new market area (old Hung Tri ward) with Tran Phu street (old Ky Trinh ward) with a length of 3km.
The project, when completed and put into use, will contribute significantly to connecting the central areas of Song Tri ward, promoting economic growth.
Mr. Pham Sy Ton - representative of the construction unit (Hung Cuong Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company) said: "The continuous rainy and stormy weather has significantly affected the progress. According to the plan, we have to hand over the project in August 2025, but now we have to extend it by 3 months. At this time, the company is focusing all its human resources to complete the handover of the project in November this year...".
The project to build a new gate, fence and auxiliary items for Ky Anh High School with a total investment of more than 6 billion VND is being urgently completed in October.
Mr. Le Minh Duc - Director of Central Investment, Construction and Trading Company Limited said: "This is a project of special significance, celebrating the 60th anniversary of Ky Anh High School, so we determined to carry out the construction with the highest sense of responsibility. Although the stormy weather affected the progress, the unit still mobilized maximum human resources and equipment, taking advantage of favorable weather to speed up the completion of items. We are committed to ensuring quality, aesthetics, labor safety and will hand over the project in October 2025, in time to serve the school's anniversary celebration."
The central urban park project located at Cup Bap hill (old Hung Tri ward and old Ky Trinh ward) has a total area of nearly 130,000m2 . This is a level III technical infrastructure project, with a total investment of more than 33 billion VND. At this time, the project has basically completed all items, but there are still some difficulties in site clearance, so the investor, the Management Board of Projects for Investment in Construction of Traffic Works and Urban Development of Ha Tinh province, is actively coordinating with the locality to remove obstacles; striving to complete and hand over the project in November 2025.
According to the Ha Tinh Province Traffic Construction and Urban Development Project Management Board - the investor, right from the beginning of the rainy season, the unit has asked contractors to proactively have flexible construction plans, strengthen drainage measures and cover the works.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh - Project Manager 4 (Ha Tinh Province Traffic Construction Investment and Urban Development Project Management Board) said: "We regularly inspect the site, urge progress and promptly resolve problems for contractors. All projects must ensure progress, quality and absolute safety during the rainy and stormy season."
The focus on construction in the midst of unfavorable weather shows the sense of responsibility and determination of the construction units, investors and local authorities. When completed, these projects will contribute to improving the technical infrastructure, creating a new look for Song Tri ward - a dynamic urban center in the South of Ha Tinh.
