Position: HR MANAGER

I. Role

- Set up professional and systematic human resource management activities from Recruitment - Training - Labor relations - Salary and bonus policies - Team bonding - Corporate culture...

- Develop and implement human resource ideas and plans in line with the School's development goals.

- Establish human resource processes and activities as an internal service provided to the school's management team, teachers and staff.

II. Mission

1. Setup HR Department and HR activities

- Propose organizational structure of human resources department, staffing and human resources department operations.

- Conduct recruitment and training so that the HR Department has enough capacity to perform tasks in the new period.

2. Proposed organizational structure of the School

- Coordinate with consultants in analyzing and proposing new organizational models. Organize the implementation of new organizational models and new operating regulations of the School.

3. Labor relations

- Manage records and labor contracts of all employees

- Implement policies on social insurance, health insurance, and employee benefits in accordance with legal requirements and the Board of Directors' direction.

- Implement reward and discipline activities in accordance with the law and regulations of the School.

4. Recruitment and employer branding

- Develop annual human resource recruitment strategies and plans. Conduct recruitment to ensure goals and progress.

- Build a communication plan for SAE recruitment brand in potential candidate communities.

5. Salary and bonus system

- Review the salary scale system and teachers' income. Develop and propose plans to redesign the system and salary, bonus and treatment regulations in a scientific , transparent and competitive manner.

6. Policies and Regulations

- Develop a policy for periodic staff evaluation. Organize activities for managers to conduct periodic staff interviews and evaluations to confirm work results and make recommendations to adjust staff capacity and skills.

- Develop basic policies and regulations to ensure that human resource management activities are operated professionally.

7. Culture and engagement

- Develop and conduct employee satisfaction and engagement surveys twice a year. Analyze results and report to the Board of Directors on recommendations and adjustments to increase team engagement with SAE.

- Together with the Board of Directors and Advisors, develop the SAE Cultural Handbook and Code of Conduct. Conduct communication activities to share, install and instill cultural values.

- Build employee experience journey, deploy activities to create meaningful and happy experiences for teachers and staff at SAE.

8. Capacity development

- Building staff competency profiles

- Conduct capacity assessment activities

- Develop, propose and implement training activities to develop professional capacity and working skills for the team.

- Building a culture of learning, sharing and packaging knowledge at SAE.

9. Other tasks related to human resources and administration as required by the Executive Board and Management Advisor.

III. REQUIREMENTS

- Graduated from university in one of the following majors: Human Resource Management, Law, Economics , Psychology, Pedagogy, Foreign Languages

- Understanding of labor law and social insurance.

- Systemic and logical thinking

- Open-minded, adaptable, and willing to accept challenges.

- Ability to communicate, persuade and influence, creating sustainable, trustworthy relationships inside and outside the school.

Position: CHIEF ACCOUNTANT

I. ROLE:

- Organize and operate all financial and accounting activities professionally, in accordance with legal regulations, and in line with SAE's strategy.

- Effective risk management and control

- Cost management and optimization

- Cash flow management

II. DUTIES:

1. Establish and operate the Finance and Accounting Department

- Building organizational structure and staffing

- Manage operations and provide professional training for accounting staff.

- Set goals, work plans and ensure work progress of the Finance and Accounting Department

- Assign, supervise and support employees to complete tasks.

2. Operating the accounting system

- Build and control the system of accounts, books, and accounting documents according to regulations

- Develop and implement processes, regulations and rules related to accounting, spending and purchasing

- Review and improve processes to enhance efficiency and professionalism of accounting work.

3. Establish and control budget and financial plans

- Organize budget planning for units and the whole school

- Monitor and manage the implementation process against the approved budget plan, propose and advise the Executive Board on solutions to optimize costs.

- Short-term and long-term cash flow planning.

- Track income and expenses reasonably

4. Prepare reports and advise the Executive Board

- Prepare financial reports, cash flow reports, and periodic management reports

- From financial indicators, promptly and proactively advise the Executive Board on solutions related to the financial performance of the divisions, classes, and programs. Advise on cost issues and cost optimization.

- Consulting on cash flow and financial issues.

5. Tax management and legal compliance

- Check the declaration, payment and settlement of taxes according to current regulations.

- Working with Tax authorities and other authorities.

- Proactively handle arising tax issues.

6. Manage payments, debts, and expenses

- Organize the collection of tuition, extra classes, training, and other fee-based activities in a professional and convenient manner, ensuring compliance with regulations and optimizing service experience for parents and students.

- Track and remind debt (if any)

- Pay salaries, bonuses, allowances, commissions and settle personal income tax for employees and partners.

- Check payment requests, compare contracts with suppliers and make payments in accordance with regulations, transparency and control of self-interest.

7. Other tasks

- Highest level of security for financial information, cash flow, internal data and business secrets.

- Establish and maintain positive relationships with Tax authorities, Banks, Auditors and relevant partners.

- Other tasks related to Finance, Accounting and Administration as required by the Board of Directors.

III. REQUIREMENTS

- University graduate in one of the following majors: Accounting, Auditing, Finance

- Deep understanding of related specialized laws: Accounting, Tax, Corporate Finance.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting. At least 02 years in the position of Chief Accountant

- Logical, systematic thinking

- Negotiation skills

- Proficient in accounting software.
