Vietcombank inaugurated La Phu Kho kindergarten in Mu Cang Chai

On the morning of November 15, the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank) held the inauguration ceremony of La Phu Kho Kindergarten, belonging to Kim Noi Kindergarten, Mu Cang Chai commune. Attending the inauguration ceremony were leaders of the bank; local authorities and a large number of teachers and students of the school.

This satellite school was built in 2007 and is now seriously degraded, no longer meeting the teaching and learning requirements of teachers and students. Faced with these difficulties, through mass media channels in 2024, the sales division of the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam ( Vietcombank ) decided to support 2 billion VND to build a new school, contributing to creating safer, more spacious and effective learning conditions for teachers and students.

Representatives of the bank, government and school performed the ribbon-cutting ceremony to inaugurate the school.

After a period of construction, the project has been completed and put into use with a design of a level 4, two-storey house, including 3 classrooms, a kitchen, a playground, a toilet, and a room for teachers.

The inauguration of the school contributes to upgrading facilities and equipment for teachers and students of the school, creating conditions for more effective teaching and learning.

At the inauguration ceremony, Vietcombank also presented a refrigerator, a television and many gifts to teachers and students of the school.

Speaking at the ceremony, a representative of Vietcombank affirmed that, with the social responsibility of a large bank, the Bank will always accompany schools in mountainous areas, contributing to improving learning conditions for children in difficult areas, creating a foundation for them to have more comprehensive development opportunities.

Also at the inauguration ceremony, the representative of Mu Cang Chai commune expressed his sincere thanks for the bank's attention and sharing in the education cause of the commune, especially La Phu Kho kindergarten - a project that not only has material significance but is also a great source of spiritual encouragement for teachers and students here. At the same time, he requested the school and people to make the most of the facilities to improve the quality of education in the future.
