The agreement is built on the successful foundation of the 2019-2024 period. In the context of being affected by the pandemic, Vietnam Airlines still maintains its companionship with Hanoi, implementing investment, trade and tourism promotion programs, contributing to spreading the image of the capital to the international community and consolidating the role of the national brand.
Entering a new phase, the cooperation between the two sides aims to promote communication about Hanoi with the main message "Hanoi - Come to love", effectively exploiting the extensive flight network and media ecosystem of Vietnam Airlines. In addition, the two sides will coordinate to organize market promotion activities, develop tourism products and introduce destinations, integrated into cultural, artistic and sports events that have a domestic and international influence. These activities not only aim to increase the number of visitors to Hanoi but also enhance the City's competitiveness on the regional tourism map.

The national airline will also join in new initiatives on organizing specialized events in the aviation and tourism sectors, contributing to creating a unique mark for Hanoi in the annual series of events of the industry. At the same time, the airline will provide optimal air transport solutions for the City's delegations, contributing to the effort to improve the effectiveness of foreign affairs activities and the professional image of Hanoi in the international arena.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Airlines Dang Ngoc Hoa emphasized: “Vietnam Airlines will promote its strengths in flight network, service quality and brand reputation to work with Hanoi to realize the goal of becoming a leading destination in Asia, while promoting sustainable socio-economic development and enhancing the position of the capital.”
