Launched in 2023, the dialogue series has become a prestigious forum for the domestic scientific community to exchange and learn from outstanding scientists around the world. In 2025, the activity will be expanded to 10 key universities and research institutes, bringing together many leading experts in the fields of artificial intelligence, medicine, biology, chemistry, energy, environment and other cutting-edge sciences. Thereby, Vietnamese and international scientists have the opportunity to exchange, learn and jointly solve major problems facing humanity.
Associate Professor Dr. Huynh Dang Chinh, Vice President of Hanoi University of Science and Technology, said that VinFuture Science and Technology Week has become an important catalyst, arousing the creative aspirations and dedication of young researchers. Since 2023, Hanoi University of Science and Technology and VinFuture have coordinated to organize many international scientific seminars and conferences with wide influence, contributing to promoting the research environment and innovation among students and lecturers.

According to Associate Professor Dr. Huynh Dang Chinh, students having the opportunity to directly interact with speakers who are world-class scientists brings valuable opportunities and strongly inspires research activities. Many student research topics have expanded to new fields such as renewable energy, green materials, AI applications in agriculture , etc., demonstrating a positive change in scientific thinking and orientation.
At the University of Science, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, the 2024 seminar with the theme "The Future of Artificial Intelligence" by Professor Yann LeCun - "the father of AI", the winner of the VinFuture 2024 Grand Prize - made a special impression, strongly spreading the academic spirit among students. Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Van Ha, Deputy Head of the University's Cooperation and Development Department, said: such activities help students strengthen their confidence and increase their determination to pursue their favorite research field.
Within the framework of VinFuture Week 2025, the University of Science will coordinate with the Foundation to organize a seminar with Professor Ingolf Steffan-Dewenter (University of Würzburg, Germany), Member of the VinFuture Preliminary Council, focusing on the impacts of climate change on biodiversity and ecosystems. These are topics of urgent significance for sustainable development in Vietnam and around the world.
Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Van Ha expressed his hope that VinFuture will continue to promote its role as a knowledge bridge, accompanying universities and research institutes in promoting national science and technology; especially creating more opportunities for exchange, learning, and inspiration for students, the force that will shape the future of science and technology of the country.
