Accordingly, the Standing Committee of Vinh Long Provincial Youth Union commended 20 students who achieved the title of "3-good students", in which it proposed the Provincial Departmentof Education and Training to award Certificates of Merit to 10 students with outstanding achievements; commend 10 students who achieved the title of "3-training students" and honor 10 outstanding young teachers in 2024.
The commendation ceremony demonstrates the concern of the Youth Union at all levels for creating an environment for students to study, promote creativity, propose ideas and initiatives to improve the quality of learning.
