Vinhomes builds arch bridge at Cam Ranh peninsula northern tourist area

Vinhomes invested in the construction of Nguyen Tat Thanh Bridge in Cam Lam District, expected to be completed in 2027. This project connects to Cam Lam Urban Area with a bridge length of about 400m.

On March 29, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee announced the construction of Nguyen Tat Thanh Bridge in Cam Lam District, according to the conclusion of the Provincial People's Committee's Party Committee. This project contributes significantly to the development of traffic infrastructure, connecting Cam Lam urban area with neighboring areas. This is considered a stepping stone for the economic and social development of Cam Lam Urban Area.

Accordingly, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee unanimously approved the policy for Vinhomes Joint Stock Company to implement the Nguyen Tat Thanh Bridge project in Cam Lam District. Specifically, the bridge will be a steel arch bridge, reinforced concrete and prestressed reinforced concrete, with a design life of 100 years.

The proposed location for the construction of Nguyen Tat Thanh bridge connecting to Cam Lam urban area has been approved.

The bridge is 400m long, located on Nguyen Tat Thanh Street, Cam Ranh Peninsula Tourist Area, Cam Hai Dong Commune, Cam Lam District; project progress 2025 - 2027. The total investment, scale, architectural plan, design plan and technical parameters of Nguyen Tat Thanh Bridge will be specifically determined during the implementation process in accordance with the provisions of law and relevant regulations.

The announcement also stated that Vinhomes Joint Stock Company is responsible for presiding over and organizing the architectural design competition (if any) to select the optimal plan that meets the requirements of urban planning, design, and architecture according to regulations. Regarding the Nguyen Tat Thanh bridge project area, on March 25, the Prime Minister approved the investment policy of the Cam Lam New Urban Area project.

Specifically, the Cam Lam New Urban Area project has a land use scale of 10,356.5 hectares in Cam Lam district and part of Cam Ranh city, Khanh Hoa province.

The population is about 584,364 people with the number of houses including 58,576 villas and townhouses; 9,821 apartments; 58,574 plots of land for villas and townhouses; 33,052 social housing units and a 36-hole golf course. The total preliminary investment of the project is about 260,267 billion VND (excluding compensation and resettlement support costs of about 25,000 billion VND).

The project's operating period is 50 years from the date of land allocation decision, land lease decision, and land use purpose conversion decision. The project implementation progress is from 2025 - 2037. The project will conduct bidding to select investors.
