Vinhomes is the largest tax payer in the real estate industry with more than 40,000 billion VND

Vinhomes is the real estate enterprise that contributes the most to the State budget with a total amount of more than 40,100 billion VND, accounting for 63% of the total budget contribution of the top 20 companies specializing in the real estate sector in Vietnam in 2024. The ranking of 20 private real estate companies in PRIVATE 100 announced by CafeF shows that in 2024, Vinhomes' contribution to the State budget will surpass the enterprises ranked below in the list.

PRIVATE 100 is a list exclusively for private enterprises with budget contributions of VND 100 billion or more. This is the second consecutive year that Vinhomes has topped the list of real estate enterprises with the largest budget contributions, demonstrating the company's leading position and solid reputation. The increase in tax payments is also a result of business growth, associated with the company's major projects launched last year.

Notably, Vinhomes Royal Island (Vu Yen, Hai Phong ) was launched in March 2024, bringing a different standard of living to customers. After opening for sale, the project quickly became a highlight of the year, promoting the real estate market in Hai Phong in particular and the North in general.

Along with project development, active business activities are also the foundation for Vinhomes to make its mark with the amount of corporate income tax paid. In 2024, the total consolidated net revenue (including revenue from Vinhomes' operations and business cooperation contracts) will reach VND 141,812 billion - an increase of 13% compared to 2023 and profit after tax of VND 35,052 billion. This achievement comes from impressive sales results with 12,800 apartments, villas and commercial townhouses successfully sold, including retail and large-lot sales. The company also handed over 19,400 apartments, villas and commercial townhouses to customers.

In 2025, with major projects already started such as Vinhomes Green Paradise in Can Gio (HCMC), Lang Van Tourism and Urban Resort Complex (Da Nang) or the launch of urban areas such as Vinhomes Wonder City (Hanoi), Vinhomes Golden City (Hai Phong), Vinhomes Green City (Tay Ninh), Vinhomes will continue to pioneer in creating livable cities, improving the living experience for millions of residents, while contributing to shaping the appearance of modern urban areas in Vietnam. These launching pads will continue to be the foundation for Vinhomes to maintain its leading position in the real estate market, making a positive contribution to the national budget.
