According to the latest statistics of the State Bank, people's savings deposits in the banking system as of the end of September reached more than 6,449 trillion VND, an increase of 9.95% compared to the end of 2022. This shows that, in the context of a volatile economy , people still prioritize choosing to deposit money in banks to ensure safety and profitability.
Since the beginning of the year, VPBank has continuously launched promotional programs for customers making savings deposits at the counter and online with attractive incentives, and at the same time launched a variety of deposit products with many utilities and interest rates to meet customers' needs.
This includes the Flexible Prosperity Savings product - a term deposit product that allows customers to proactively choose the deposit term by day, flexibly choose the maturity date according to the business cycle and can withdraw a portion of the principal before maturity.

VPBank launches savings product with term of only 7 days |
This product is suitable for customers who want to optimize their idle funds, with a deposit term of only 7 days to 1095 days (equivalent to about 3 years). This means that if they plan to use their idle funds in a short time, customers can still deposit to receive daily interest. In case of early withdrawal, VPBank also creates maximum conditions by supporting customers to withdraw all or part of the deposit early and enjoy non-term interest rates.
The product is applied at the transaction counters of all VPBank branches nationwide with a minimum deposit amount of only 10 million VND. When the maturity date comes, customers have two options: interest is added to the principal and automatically renewed for a new term equivalent to the original deposit term, or only the principal is renewed and the interest is managed by VPBank until the customer comes to pay off or transfer to the customer's payment account.
“With attractive incentives and a variety of savings products, serving the needs of each customer segment, focusing on the convenience, safety and security of the product, VPBank hopes to bring trust, prosperity and sustainable values to customers” – VPBank representative shared.
VPBank is also implementing a special promotion program for customers using the Flexible Prosperity Savings product. Specifically, VPBank Diamond customers will receive an immediate 0.1% interest rate, applied to a minimum savings of VND 100 million and a term of 1 month or more.
For customers participating in Family Banking service, according to classification from Pre-Diamond Family to Diamond Elite Family, interest rate is added from 0.2 to 0.3%/year, applied to a minimum savings of 100 million VND and a term of 1 month or more.
For VPBank Prime customers, according to membership classification from Upper Mega Prime to Champion Prime, an additional 0.03%/year to 0.08%/year is added, applied to savings books with a minimum of 50 million VND and a term of 1 month.
