VPUB - Provincial People's Committee held regular meeting in April to give opinions on 8 contents

Dienbien.gov.vn – This afternoon (April 23), the Provincial People's Committee held its regular April meeting. Comrade Le Thanh Do, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Vu A Bang, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Lo Van Cuong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee co-chaired the meeting.

Comrade Le Thanh Do, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee delivered the opening speech at the meeting.

The meeting discussed and gave opinions on 8 drafts of the Proposal: Approval of the 1/5,000 scale construction zoning plan for the A Pa Chai border gate functional area, Muong Nhe district, Dien Bien province; Approval of the local adjustment of the 1/5,000 scale zoning plan for the Northern area of Dien Bien Phu city, associated with Dien Bien airport and approval of the local adjustment of the 1/500 scale detailed construction plan for the Northwest urban area of Dien Bien Phu city (2nd time).

The Provincial People's Committee submitted to the Provincial People's Council 3 reports: Adjustment of the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021-2025 and 2025; Proposal to issue a Resolution of the Provincial People's Council deciding on the initial charter capital and additional charter capital allocated to the Dien Bien Provincial Land Development Fund; approval of the adjustment of the List of land plots for land allocation and lease through bidding to select investors to implement investment projects using land in Dien Bien province (issued with Resolution No. 214/NQ-HDND dated December 10, 2024 of the Provincial People's Council).

In addition, the Department of Education and Training submitted to the Provincial People's Committee to issue a Decision on Regulations on extra teaching and learning in the province; The Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religion submitted to the Provincial People's Committee to issue a Decision on decentralization of handling a number of administrative procedures in the field of beliefs and religions of the People's Committee of Dien Bien province.

Speaking at the opening of the meeting, comrade Le Thanh Do, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested members of the People's Committee to focus on reviewing and discussing the above draft submissions with focus and key points.
