In recent days, public opinion has been in an uproar when singer Dinh Trang - Runner-up of the Sao Mai contest's Chamber Music category shared about 3 young singers insulting and badmouthing her in a private chat group.
Not only did the leading artists speak up, but cultural experts and artists working in the arts also expressed their personal opinions on the incident.

Behavioral culture, "respecting teachers and valuing education" must always be promoted.
Sharing with Dan Tri reporter, Dr. Dang Thieu Ngan - Vice President of the Korean Association for Scientific Research, Director of External Affairs and Marketing of Naver Vietnam (Shareholder of YG Entertainment - Management company of Blackpink group) said that when reading the shares of singer Dinh Trang, she felt surprised, amused, and then scared when a group of young people and young artists have such poor lifestyles, thinking, and behavior.
She frankly expressed: "From a personal perspective, as a former teacher and an adult, I think this group of young singers get 0 points, go home."
According to Dr. Dang Thieu Ngan, analyzing this incident, many people will have an answer to the question: "When will Vpop (Vietnamese youth music) be as successful as Kpop (Korean youth music)?".
She emphasized that if Vpop wants to succeed, it certainly does not only need to learn from Kpop about how to train and build a culture of behavior for young artists, but more importantly, the foundation of family education and the general viewpoint of society, not the sole responsibility of artist training companies.
Dang Thieu Ngan said that Korea is a country strongly influenced by Confucianism, so the order of seniority, respect for elders, and adherence to many principles and regulations are still maintained to this day. Particularly in the entertainment industry, "respecting teachers and valuing education" is the first lesson that artists will never forget.
"Of course, Korean artists and young people today are no longer strictly following the rules in a rigid, sometimes harsh way like in the past, but the concept: Senior, Junior - especially in the entertainment industry is still clearly expressed.
Behind each other's backs, they certainly compare, despise, and criticize each other, not all of them are perfectly tolerant and modest. But certainly, no young artist or singer dares to be rude to confront their seniors in public," the female culture doctor explained.

Talking to Dan Tri reporter, musician Duong Truong Giang also said that in any country, the culture of behavior and respect for teachers are always promoted, teachers and people who help you always play an important role, so speaking badly and disparaging people is taboo.
"The development of society 4.0 leads to the use of information technology and the use of many applications on information phones.
Not only artists but also other professions use chat groups to serve their work. Sometimes, in those closed groups, they accidentally or intentionally say something to someone.
With a negative perspective and following the crowd mentality, it becomes… gossiping about each other. However, bringing teachers and predecessors into that discussion is not good," Duong Truong Giang shared.
Actor Jimmii Khanh - who has played roles in films such as: Flavor of love, Love on sunny days, Battle of wits, Life is still beautiful ... said that he has many foreign friends, many of whom are artists. But they rarely talk and never comment or criticize their colleagues, let alone those who help him.
"We Vietnamese have a saying, 'Even half a word is a teacher', so speaking ill of someone like that is uncivilized. To me, teachers are very sacred, they need a certain amount of respect.
Even in the situation where my teacher has hidden corners, I think I shouldn't bring that up to gossip or make up stories, because that's life, no one is perfect," actor Jimmii Khanh frankly said.

Boycott or tolerance , forgiveness is the most profound education and lesson?
Answering the above question from Dan Tri reporter when 3 singers were accused of being ungrateful and speaking ill of their teacher, Dr. of Culture Dang Thieu Ngan said that if an incident like this happened in Korea, the artists would not have time to react, but the audience and fans would have already made their own judgment and reaction to this noteworthy action.
"In Vietnam, many people tend to "turn a blind eye" and avoid trouble. Sometimes, some people delude themselves into thinking they are compassionate, thinking they must be tolerant, generous, and leave a way for their juniors to live.
But if they don't think further, if they tolerate rudeness and ingratitude, what will become of those young people, and how will society develop?", Dang Thieu Ngan frankly said.
She added that Korean society also has many problems. Korean youth today are more indifferent and rude than the previous generation, but in the entertainment industry, if a scandal like this happens between colleagues, it will be difficult for the wrongdoer to survive.
"Also because from the beginning, to find an opportunity to enter Korean showbiz (entertainment industry), to find a place in this field, the lessons of modesty, tactfulness, and always trying hard were taught very systematically. The artists themselves also trained themselves very carefully to become a beautiful image in the eyes of the audience.
Breaking the law, getting involved in personal scandals, being noisy or making immature statements can sometimes cost them their careers," the female culture doctor affirmed.
She said: "The important thing is still the attitude of society. If society allows ungrateful, uncultured people to exist openly, then so be it, there is nothing to say. But Korea rarely ignores, sympathizes, or is generous enough to tolerate this kind of wrongdoing."
Dang Thieu Ngan believes that, in addition to the artists themselves having to strive, and other supporting factors, the extremely necessary condition for Vpop to approach the success of Kpop is the audience factor. Audience awareness is very important for the entertainment industry to train and nurture the next generation of artists.
Musician Duong Truong Giang expressed that if he was bad-mouthed by his students, if he could stay calm, he would give in to his students, to give them a way out, because they are young and need to stand up from where they fall.
He said: "In chat groups, when sitting with a large group of people, it seems like we have two personalities: Sometimes we really love that person, but because of the crowd mentality, we still "follow" everyone a little. That is wrong, but they are still young, so please guide them more so they can improve.
Not only Vietnam but many countries also have the saying "hit the one who runs away, no one hits the one who runs back". If you know you are wrong, be generous. Forgiveness is the most profound way of education".
On the evening of October 11, singer Dinh Trang - Runner-up of the Chamber Music category of the Sao Mai 2013 contest, posted a long article on her personal page, recounting her story with 3 young singers.
Accordingly, Dinh Trang was attacked by 3 young singers who had been helped by her in a private chat group to speak ill of and mock her.
After the post, two of the four people she named texted the singer to apologize and ask her to remove the post. However, she said they had gone too far and were not sincere, so she kept the post on her personal page.
On October 13, one of singer Dinh Trang's three students apologized on his personal page but once again received backlash from the online community because they thought his apology was not sincere.
