On May 11, singer Duy Manh confirmed that he had just withdrawn his lawsuit against Mercedes-Benz Vietnam Company over the billion-dollar car fire in the basement of an apartment building. That same evening, he released the song "Bo Chuot" on his personal YouTube channel.

The song has satirical lyrics " Mouse, I bow to you, Dad/ Why do you bite the car/ My Mercedes goes by every day/ Mercedes goes by for miles/ Why do you bite/ Or is it because someone badmouthed me/ Mouse, I bow to you, Dad/ Mouse, I bow to you, Dad ".

The music of "Bo Chuot" is somewhat similar to "Kiep Do Den" - a hit song by singer Duy Manh at one time. Immediately after its release, "Bo Chuot" received mixed reviews.

As reported by VietNamNet, singer Duy Manh filed a lawsuit, demanding Mercedes pay 2.5 billion VND in compensation because his Mercedes-Benz S450 Luxury worth more than 5 billion VND, purchased 5 years ago, caught fire on the evening of February 15, 2023. In this car fire, Duy Manh was compensated 2.9 billion VND by the insurance company.

The song "Mouse Father" was born as Duy Manh's response to the lawsuit because during the working process between the two sides and the mediation in court, the car company both said the cause of the car fire was... rats.
