The coming-of-age journey of Pham Duc Phong (25 years old, residing in Ho Chi Minh City) is marked by profound experiences.

Pham Duc Phong currently works in the Digital Content Department - News Center of Ho Chi Minh City Television (HTV). He is a prominent figure contributing to the development of the HTV NewZ news platform. Every day, Phong begins his shift with a meeting with the team to convey common goals and assign tasks to each group. Phong leads the HTV NewZ team, which includes editors, contributors, and interns. People liken this young man to an energetic and thorough "team leader."

Pham Duc Phong (left in the photo) admits that he is not yet outstanding in his professional skills, but he can connect with and work alongside his colleagues with utmost sincerity and responsibility.

Phong still cherishes the desire to compose and produce songs that bear his personal mark – not for fame, but to tell his own story and touch the hearts of the public in a simple way.

At work, Phong is a young and capable leader. At home, he is the pillar of support for his mother and younger sister. While a student majoring in Multimedia Communication at HUTECH University, Phong decided to focus on completing most of his training in the first two years and dedicate the final two years to gaining practical experience in filmmaking, photography, and program production projects. However, everything changed when his father suddenly passed away. Phong recalls, "Losing my father was like losing the whole sky, losing the warm atmosphere of everyday life." This tragedy devastated him, plunging him into grief. After more than two months of self-isolation, Phong decided to pick himself up and become the pillar of support for his family, replacing his father. With the encouragement of his beloved mentor, journalist Ngo Tran Thinh, and the support of his colleagues, Phong has increasingly developed his abilities in television.

From a young age, Phong loved music . He taught himself guitar and drums, joined clubs, and performed. The guitar his father gave him when he was 18 is a priceless memento that Phong cherishes. For Phong, music is like a form of therapy in his life. He knows how to effectively and skillfully integrate his passion and musical talent into journalistic work. Phong has also contributed to many major events such as the "HTV Television Cup Cycling Race," the "River Festival - On the Wharf and Under the Boat," and the "National Press Conference." Phong hopes to continue building a creative team, undertake more meaningful projects, and is ready to share his experience with young people interested in this field.
