(CTT-Dong Nai) - Dai Phuoc Commune (new), Nhon Trach District, has piloted the synchronous operation of agencies in the political system and the Public Administration Service Center, marking the beginning of the process of transforming the local government organization model at the commune level after the rearrangement.

Leaders of Dai Phuoc commune (new) operate document processing and administrative procedure settlement during the rehearsal.​

Implementing the direction of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee and the People's Committee of Nhon Trach district, the pilot work was carried out methodically and seriously with key contents such as: organizing the Party Standing Committee Conference, the Party Executive Committee Conference of the Commune, the Commune People's Council session, the Commune People's Committee member meeting and the rehearsal of the operation of the Public Administration Service Center. At the same time, the document management software of the Party and State blocs, the online meeting system and the administrative procedure settlement platform on the National Public Service Portal were also activated for testing to assess the level of interconnected operation in the digital environment.

Dai Phuoc Commune Public Administration Service Center has received and tested 10 administrative procedures in essential fields. Thereby, simulating the process of receiving and processing documents according to the "one-stop" model, helping staff practice skills, perfect the process and check the readiness of the technical infrastructure before official operation. This is also an important preparation step to ensure that people are served effectively.
