- According to information from Loc Binh Irrigation Works Exploitation Enterprise, from 8:30 p.m. on July 23, the operating unit will discharge water to regulate Ban Lai reservoir, Khuat Xa commune.

In the past few days, due to the influence of storm No. 3, there has been rain in the province, some places with very heavy rain. The water level of Ban Lai Lake at 4:30 p.m. on July 23 was 303.02 m; the spillway elevation was 294 m.

Implementing the Operation Procedure of Ban Lai Reservoir, Loc Binh Irrigation Works Exploitation Enterprise conducts the discharge of water to regulate Ba Lai Reservoir. The spillway gate will be opened from 20:30 on July 23, 2025. The unit opens 1 deep spillway gate (spillover gate No. 3) with a discharge flow of about 166 m3/s.

During the time the spillway is opened, the downstream water level changes. Therefore, relevant authorities, sectors and people need to proactively grasp the water level developments and implement measures to ensure the safety of people and property.
