Tottenham led 3-0 thanks to double goals from Dominic Solanke and Dejan Kulusevski. However, in the last 30 minutes, Man Utd made the match more interesting by continuously reducing the gap.
After Joshua Zirkzee and Amad Diallo scored to rekindle hope for Man Utd, the "Red Devils" conceded again in the 88th minute. Jonny Evans' subsequent goal in the fourth minute of added time was not enough to help the visitors turn the situation around.
