Set the record for the largest fried sticky rice with cashew nuts in Vietnam

Vietnam's largest cashew puffed sticky rice measuring 68cm, created by Dong Nai chefs at the 2025 Food Festival, boasts cultural value.

Within the framework of Dong Nai Province's Food Festival 2025, on August 20, the UNESCO Center for Vietnamese Culinary Culture recognized the record for the largest puffed cashew sticky rice in Vietnam.

Fried sticky rice with cashew nuts is a wonderful combination of fragrant sticky rice from the old Dong Nai land and fatty, crispy cashew nuts from Binh Phuoc land. This is not only a dish, but also a symbol of the spirit of convergence - connection and development of the new Dong Nai, together creating proud common culinary and tourism values in the new period./.
