On November 22, the "Wine Festival" program will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. at Casa Italia, 18 Le Phung Hieu, Hanoi , offering the opportunity to enjoy Italian wines, from traditional flavors to modern products, and learn about the wine-making process and unique wine-tasting culture.
With many attractive activities such as minigames, exhibitions from importers and live music , the event promises to bring a space of enjoyment and connection with a strong Italian flavor that the public cannot miss.
The event is part of the Italian Gastronomy Week 2025 (November 17-23), opening up opportunities to experience Italian flavors and culture in a luxurious, sophisticated space, while connecting the community through the art of enjoyment.

With the theme “Italian Gastronomy: Health, Culture and Innovation,” the Week of Italian Gastronomy reflects the intersection of tradition, creativity and modern technology, while emphasizing the role of innovation and sustainability in gastronomy.
The event celebrates the most iconic symbols of Italian culinary tradition: flour and bread, wine, and the aperitivo ritual – timeless symbols of a culture that combines tradition, health, and the joy of sharing.
At the same time, the program also emphasizes the role of innovation and research in shaping the future of cuisine, while preserving the values of quality and sustainability – the core of Italian cuisine.
The event opened with the workshop "From Wheat Grain to Oven: The Art of Italian Bread Making - A Blend of Tradition and Creativity" taking place on November 17-18.
This intensive course is not only a masterclass in the techniques of making famous pastries such as panzerotti, focaccia, and pizza, but also delves into the science of balanced nutrition and the application of modern technology to enhance the products.
After the academic opening event, the 10th Italian Gastronomy Week brought many other highlight programs such as "The Art of Aperitivo - Italian Taste in Every Moment" taking place on the evening of November 21 in Hanoi, honoring aperitivo - a relaxing ritual after work, where delicate flavors meet the spirit of connection and enjoyment of life.
Initiated in 2016, the Week of Italian Cuisine is an initiative of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. This year’s event is even more meaningful as it is inspired by the fact that Italy is nominating its cuisine to the UNESCO List of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
This nomination aims to recognize the way Italians have turned raw, high-quality materials into a cultural quintessence, a national identity and an indispensable joy of sharing in community life./.
