With the theme “Trip of Flavors – A taste journey across five continents,” the 2025 International Food Festival takes place on November 22-23, from 9am to 9pm at the Diplomatic Corps (298 Kim Ma, Ba Dinh, Hanoi).
The event featured more than 120 booths, including more than 50 embassies, consulates, and foreign cultural centers. The large presence contributed to positioning Vietnam as the “common home of world culture.”
At the festival, diners have the opportunity to enjoy typical dishes of many cuisines : rich Mexican Tacos, flavorful Turkish Doner Rolls, sweet and buttery French pastries, or Indian dishes with many typical spices. International booths also bring unique traditional flavors, contributing to enriching the "culinary map" of the event.
The “Three regions of Vietnam” area attracts many visitors with a series of familiar dishes such as Hanoi pho, fried spring rolls, Quang noodles, grilled spring rolls, Hue traditional cakes, Saigon pancakes and sandwiches.
During the two days of organization, the International Food Festival 2025 also brings activities such as Fashion Food Show, Global Beer Fest, Borderless Food Diary or Global Food Avenue, helping the event become a vibrant place for exchange between cuisine, art and technology.
Taking place at the end of the year, the 2025 International Food Festival is expected to become a prominent cultural destination in Hanoi, while spreading the image of a friendly, creative and unique Vietnam in the integration flow./.
