Xanh SM launches Xanh2School service to pick up and drop off students to school

ANTD.VN - On the occasion of the new school year and the 2023-2024 school year, Xanh SM officially launched the Xanh2School service to transport students to and from school safely, conveniently and flexibly. The service will be deployed from September 4, 2023 in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, before expanding to other provinces and cities.

In the first phase, Xanh2School will be deployed with taxi services, with packages of 1 month, 4 months or 9 months. Depending on the needs and actual conditions, customers can choose service packages including Basic, Premium 1 and Premium 2.

In particular, the Xanh2School Basic package is provided by Xanh SM through the school. Parents in need need to register their wishes with the school to receive the service. Each Xanh2School car will serve a maximum of 4 students according to a fixed pick-up and drop-off schedule and route within a radius of 5-20km from the school, by 3 fixed drivers taking turns.

With the two Premium 1 and Premium 2 packages, parents and families in need can call the hotline number 1900 2088 to book the service. Depending on the distance and actual needs, Xanh SM will provide a suitable service package, in which the Xanh2School Premium 1 package is for one-way pick-up and drop-off distances ranging from 15-40km, while Xanh2School Premium 2 is for distances under 15km each way. Each car will serve a maximum of 4 students, parents can group themselves or Xanh SM will group students to travel together based on the travel route.

With this new service, which is the first of its kind in Vietnam, parents can feel secure when entrusting Xanh SM with the task of picking up and dropping off their children at school every day. Parents not only proactively monitor their children's travel routes, but also receive direct reports from the driver when their children arrive at school or return home. In addition, Xanh SM also has a system that closely monitors the service process and a 24/7 direct feedback channel via hotline 1900 2088, ensuring that drivers always comply and only drop off children at the correct meeting point and to the correct guardian. With Xanh2School, the safety of children is always Xanh SM's top priority.
