Thang Loi hamlet currently has 202 households and 750 inhabitants. The residents' income mainly comes from tea cultivation and processing, combined with farming and small-scale service businesses. Thanks to actively participating in training courses on scientific and technical transfer organized by the local government in coordination with relevant agencies, the hamlet's residents have improved their farming skills and experience in developing their family economies . By 2025, the average income is expected to reach 60 million VND per person per year, an increase of 3 million VND compared to 2024.

The people of Thang Loi are proud that for many years now, the hamlet has had no poor households. By 2025, the hamlet will have only 7 near-poor households, a decrease of 1 household compared to 2024.

Ms. To Thi Chien, Party Branch Secretary and Head of the Hamlet's Front Committee, stated: "The people of Thang Loi hamlet have a spirit of solidarity, and families and clans have a high sense of responsibility in building their homeland. Each family demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility in participating in building a cultured family and village. 100% of households conduct weddings and funerals in a civilized manner. Outdated customs and superstitions are eradicated."

Thang Loi always prioritizes unity as its foundation. The Party Committee, the Front Committee, and other organizations regularly propagate and mobilize the people to participate in emulation movements, especially in practicing a civilized lifestyle, maintaining environmental hygiene, and uniting to help each other develop the economy. Thanks to this, models such as: Self-governing residential groups; Green, clean, and beautiful roads; Women's associations with 5 no's and 3 clean aspects; Model cultural families… are effectively maintained.

To achieve these results, the Front Committee actively participated, with each member assigned to oversee specific residential areas. Monthly, quarterly, and annual reports were submitted detailing what had been accomplished, while also clearly stating the reasons for any shortcomings, so that the Front Committee could discuss and find solutions.

Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Thom, the village head, said: "For many years, the movement has been widely implemented throughout the village; participating in the movement has become a need for each family and clan. Proof of this is that every year 100% of households in the village register to participate in building culturally exemplary families. The results of the annual evaluation show that most households meet the criteria for a culturally exemplary family."

Mr. Tran Van Tuyen, Head of the Local Security Team, said: "When each member of the family consciously participates in building a cultured family, it means that the village is civilized, the family is happy, and social order and safety are ensured."

Present at the event, Mr. Chu Van Trung added: "The people in the hamlet comply well with the Party's guidelines and policies and the laws of the State. Conflicts that arise are resolved promptly at the grassroots level, preventing the emergence of hotspots. Community spirit is growing stronger, and traditional values are preserved and spread in daily life, from weddings and funerals to festivals and everyday activities."
