Many workers shared that close, practical conversations helped them find better ways to raise their children and balance work and life pressures. Local trade unions also promoted communication on building happy families, preventing domestic violence, nutrition and reproductive health, gender equality, and reducing gender imbalance at birth. Many skills-based materials were compiled and distributed free of charge, helping workers proactively learn and apply them in their lives. Annually, businesses commend exemplary worker families, reward outstanding students, and support children in difficult circumstances. This creates a humane environment and strengthens solidarity within the enterprise. From 2023-2025, businesses in the province organized more than 2,200 "Trade Union Meals" with a total budget of over 38 billion VND; the "Trade Union Shelter" program supported the construction and repair of 122 houses for disadvantaged workers. With female workers accounting for over 62% of the workforce, the trade union in the enterprise sector pays special attention to caring for female workers through practical models such as "Breastfeeding Rooms at the Workplace," "Your Health," "Summer Camps for Workers' Children," etc., creating conditions for them to work and care for their families with peace of mind. The "Excellent at Work - Competent at Home" movement has been widely implemented in many enterprises such as Luxshare-ICT Co., Ltd., Nichirin Vietnam, Newwing, etc., encouraging female workers to study, train, and build prosperous, equal, progressive, and happy families. During the 2020-2025 period, trade unions at all levels have commended many exemplary collectives and individuals, spreading the image of dynamic and responsible female workers in their work and lives.
According to Mr. Thach Van Chung, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and Chairman of the Provincial Labor Union, along with protecting the legitimate rights of workers, trade unions at all levels continue to care for and support workers in building happy and progressive family lives.
